General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of using the kxu8 platform (https://kxu8.pro). kxu8 is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or using any service on the kxu8 platform, you acknowledge that you:

Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account on kxu8 is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be terminated.

• One account per phone number or email: Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or identity document is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: To withdraw above a certain limit, you must submit a photo of your national ID or passport. This is mandatory and is in place to protect you.
• Information Update: Any changes to your contact or personal information must be reported to kxu8 support immediately.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Depositing on kxu8 is simple and secure. We currently support Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfers. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from someone else's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules & Processing Times

Withdrawals on kxu8 are transparent and processed promptly. However, the following rules are mandatory:

• At least one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be requested.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to abuse bonuses will result in cancellation of all bonuses and any associated winnings.

Kxu8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, for bonuses already accepted and with ongoing wagering requirements, the original terms will continue to apply.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other games on kxu8. Some general rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game or bet is incomplete due to a technical error, kxu8 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs.
• Kxu8 reserves the right to void payouts on bets placed by exploiting software errors or incorrect odds.

The RNG (Random Number Generator) for all games on kxu8 is tested and certified by independent third-party organizations. The payout rate (RTP) for each game is available on the respective game information page.

Prohibited Activities & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kxu8. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bots & Automation: Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or logging into someone else's account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering or related activities.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret collusion with other players.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false chargeback claim with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been made.
• System Exploits: Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.

Kxu8 reserves the right to take legal action against any of the above violations and will notify the relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Kxu8 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any instance of a terms and conditions violation.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may close their account at any time. In that case, all bonuses will be forfeited, but the real-money balance will be returned. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Limits of Liability

Kxu8 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet connection issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
